This challenge is a three-month journey aimed at helping you reach your fitness aspirations, whether you’re looking to lose or gain muscle. Kicking off on January 6, the challenge will keep you inspired and accountable with monthly weigh-ins on January 6, anytime in February, and March 6, so you can track your progress along the way. Every participant will receive a checklist of recommended activities to help maintain focus and motivation. Additionally, we’ll provide our Fitness Center class schedule, featuring a range of classes suitable for all fitness levels and objectives. Whether you’re just starting out or seeking to enhance your routine, these classes offer a fantastic opportunity to stay active, meet new people, and make strides in a supportive atmosphere.
