We’re partnering with the 4-H and Youth Development Agent at K-State Research and Extension – Sedgwick County to offer an exciting opportunity for rising 10th–11th grade students: the Leaders in Training (LIT) program!
🌟 What is LIT?
An immersive 5-night leadership experience where teens gain confidence, develop civic engagement skills, and learn what it means to be a leader—all while enjoying classic camp fun, challenges, and meaningful connections.
👥 Who Can Apply?
We’re selecting 3 motivated teens from McConnell AFB to represent our Youth Center.
Applicants must be willing to become active Youth Center members.
Teens will be interviewed by Youth Programs staff – interview date TBD.
💸 Cost: FREE!
Camp tuition and expenses are covered by your Youth Center.
