Summer Reading Adult Program-Will Hill, Native American Story Teller

Yah Tay Poy Chay! Will Hill, the traditional Native American Storyteller is visiting McConnell AFB to tell creation stories filled with songs, dance, and music! Our Summer Reading Adult Program participants are invited to join the Library for a magical evening of Native folklore on 28 June. Will Hill will begin story telling at 6pm in the Education Wing, Room 24. The Education Wing is located in the Dole Community Center. For more information please call the Library at (316) 759-4207.

The 2019 Summer Reading Program’s Theme is “A Universe of Stories” the CSLP (national) and “It’s Showtime at your Library!”, the AMC iRead theme (Air Force). Summer Reading is for patrons 0-100+. Summer Reading will offer programs for all ages and families to come together.

Summer Reading sign-ups go between May 28, 2019 through July 24, 2019. Recording minutes can be between May 30, 2019 through July 25, 2019.
