Refuel 22- Sharpie Tie Dye

Refuel 22 is a monthly Library program for teens that meets at the Youth Center. Each month, our teens will explore a new engaging idea, craft, or activity. If the teens want to learn more about the activity, our staff will provide library resources where they can gain in-depth knowledge at home.
Ready to go far out? This month teens will learn how to make sharpie tie dye!
