Sign up a full team or individually to be put on a team. If you don’t have enough players to make a full team, we will add individuals who signed up without a team to complete your team.
Teams will consist of at least 6 members
8 Teams max
20 minute games with 5-minute intermission between all games except for the championship which will allow for a 10-minute intermission
- 7 people on field for each respective team
- May substitute as you see fit, however never more than the maximum number of players on field at once
- 4 downs to reach midfield, then 4 downs to score a touchdown. If team does not score, then ball automatically changes possession at last spot
- 15 second play clock starting at placement of ball
- Each team will be given two 20 second timeouts
- Unless stated here all other standard flag football rules apply.
